Returning items purchased online

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the original online purchase.  Returns and exchanges must be postmarked by the 45th day after purchase.  Please fill out the return form included with your receipt when shipping back your purchase. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. Returned items must be in unworn/new condition in its original box and/or packaging.  Footwear returns must be sent in a proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox.  Worn items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanging items

You can write on the return form what different size or color you would like to exchange it for and we'll ship it as soon as the return arrives and additional shipping has been paid. To get the exchange faster, simply place a new order and return the original order to us and we’ll process it as a regular return. Shipping Information

We know you’re excited about your shoes and we will ship them out as soon as possible!  All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground to addresses in the United States.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  FedEx Ground delivery times will vary based on your location.  A flat fee of $10.00 will be charged for each transaction (WA state tax may apply where applicable). Additional fees may accrue for orders that need to be re-shipped.  Orders over $250 will receive complimentary shipping.

 

Don’t worry, we ship to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii too!

Orders shipped to international addresses cannot be processed on our website.  However, we are happy to ship orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.  Please contact our customer service to inquire about making a purchase and shipping costs by email info@shopsolefood.com or call us at (206) 526-7184 during regular store hours (Sundays 11am-6pm, Monday through Saturday 9:30am-9:00pm Pacific Time).

 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at Sole Food! Customers will receive email notification when order is ready for pick-up. Items ordered as an in-store pick-up are subject to our in-store return policy.

 

Gift Certificates

Unfortunately we do not offer gift certificates for our online store at this time. If you have an in-store gift certificate that you would like to use on an item you see online please contact customer service for assistance, info@shopsolefood.com or (206) 526-7184.


We All Make Mistakes.

Although we try our hardest to make sure our inventory in our online store is accurate, there is a possibility that an item you order online may conflict with a retail sale in our Sole Food store location.  In this case, we may sell out of some products.  If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we give you our fullest apologies, and we will contact you to work out another option.
